Workplace Mental Health Training

Adapting the most up-to-date, evidence-based research for the workplace, our training has been designed to help raise awareness and build confidence of mental health amongst your workforce. Offering both bespoke and off-the-shelf workshops, our training is designed with the capabilities of staff and managers in mind. As such, attendees will benefit from expert clinical knowledge which has been tailored to build confidence and develop practical skills in the management of mental health at work.

Being a Mindful Manager

Being a Mindful Manager

Exploring the preventative role of managers, this workshop has been designed to assist managers to become more competent and self-assured in their abilities to support mental health at work.

Workshop Aims
  • To improve manager awareness of the links between mental health and work, including the impact of different conditions.
  • To build the confidence of managers in approaching and discussing mental health concerns within the workplace.

  • To develop the skills of managers to appropriately and effectively support the mental health of their staff.

Talking Wellbeing

Talking Wellbeing

This workshop has been designed for all employees to raise awareness of mental health issues, build team and individual resilience and develop skills to be able to discuss mental health within the workplace.

Workshop Aims
  • To improve understanding of stress, anxiety, depression and bipolar disorder.
  • To improve understanding of wellbeing and resilience and consider ways to maintain optimum wellness.
  • To build the skills and confidence of staff to have constructive conversations about mental health at work.

Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid

This internationally recognised, two-day training course will teach you or your staff how to spot the signs and symptoms of mental ill-health, including how to provide support on a first aid basis.

  • Recognise the warning signs of mental ill-health.
  • Develop the skills and confidence to support colleagues.
  • Support positive wellbeing and tackle workplace stigma.

MHFA Refresher Course

MHFA Refresher Course

This four-hour refresher course has been designed by Mental Health First Aid England to help Mental Health First Aiders to maintain and update their skillset.

Mental Health Awareness

Mental Health Awareness

Designed for staff of all levels, our awareness workshops provide staff with an overview of different mental health conditions, before raising awareness on how to effectively support a colleague.

Being Resilient

Being Resilient

By investing in your staff’s resilience, this workshop helps to provide staff with the skills and knowledge necessary to combat issues of stress, and to maintain good levels of mental wellbeing.

  • To develop staff members knowledge and understanding around issues of stress, wellbeing and resilience.
  • To provide practical advice and support to help staff to improve and maintain their mental wellbeing.
  • To increase awareness of the further internal and external support available to support staff wellbeing.
