This is why we have partnered with CiC Wellbeing to bring you the MINDFUL EMPLOYER+ employee adviceline service. Offering a safe place to turn for support any time of the day or night, our MINDFUL EMPLOYER+ service provides your staff with access to an independent and completely confidential adviceline to help them get a foothold on life's challenges. How it Works
For as little as £1.00 per person, per year, your staff will gain access to the complete range of support offered through our MINDFUL EMPLOYER+ employee adviceline service. This includes support for work-related stress, depression, marriage and relationship issues, legal concerns, coping with change, parenting issues, financial problems and much more.
Staff calling the adviceline can expect to speak with an experienced advisor who is available to listen to their concerns, identify appropriate support, and help them to take the next steps. There are no limits to when or how often your staff can call the adviceline - with the exception of calls for legal advice or managerial consultancy - and calling the adviceline is free for anyone whose inclusive call minutes include 0300 numbers.
As their employer, you will likely want to measure the impact the service has for your staff. While we do not provide you with exact details of the conversations people have with our advisors, we are able to provide you with general statistics about how many staff have used the service and for what reasons (i.e., wellbeing support or finance advice). Typically, we provide these usage reports on an ad-hoc basis; however, you may request to have automated reports sent to you on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis.

Joining MINDFUL EMPLOYER+
The MINDFUL EMPLOYER+ employee adviceline is an exclusive add-on service for our Charter signatories. In order to join MINDFUL EMPLOYER+, your organisation must have first signed our Charter for Employers Positive About Mental Health. If you have already signed the Charter, then you may apply to join MINDFUL EMPLOYER+ for just £1.00 per person, per year. However, should your organisation already have an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) in place, then we would recommend that you first check the support offered to your staff through your EAP, as many EAP providers include a similar adviceline service as standard.
Terms and Conditions:
You can choose to join MINDFUL EMPLOYER+ for more than one year at a time, and after joining the service, we will send you a copy of our MINDFUL EMPLOYER+ leaflet and wallet card for each member of staff that you have registered. We will also send you a copy of our e-leaflet and posters to further help you promote the service to your staff.
Since MINDFUL EMPLOYER+ is not set up as a subscription-based service, we will never assume that you wish to renew your membership with us without hearing from you first. Therefore, around two months before your service is due to end, we will contact you by email to ask whether you would like to renew MINDFUL EMPLOYER+ for your organisation. For this reason, it is important that you keep us informed of any changes to the contact details we hold for your organisation to help prevent any gaps in service. However, we appreciate that this is not always possible. As such, should we not hear from you, a second reminder will be sent to you by post around one month before the service end date. However, if we do not hear from you, we will assume that you no longer wish to remain a member of MINDFUL EMPLOYER+ and will begin the process of closing your account (this will not affect your organisations Charter status).
