About our Talking Wellbeing Training:


It is important that staff feel able to have open and honest conversations about their mental health, safe in the knowledge that managers will feel comfortable and confident in providing them with appropriate workplace support. This is where our Being a Mindful Manager training comes into its own. However, these types of conversations go both ways. 

Turning our Being a Mindful Manager training on its head, our new Talking Wellbeing workshop has been designed to support staff of all levels to have constructive wellbeing conversations with their colleagues and managers. Additionally, staff attending a Talking Wellbeing workshop will benefit from an improved understanding of common mental health issues, as well as new ways of building and maintaining their personal resilience.

Learning takes place through a mixture of group activities, presentations and discussions; the aims of which are to:

  • Improve understanding of stress, anxiety, depression and bi-polar disorder.
  • Improve understanding of wellbeing and resilience and consider ways to maintain optimum wellness.
  • Build the skills and confidence of staff to have constructive conversations about mental health at work.

Suitable for those aged 16 years or over, MINDFUL EMPLOYER offers you the opportunity to book the full course for a group of between 6 and 16 employees. To make a group booking, please get in touch with us to discuss this further.
